The lounge looked clean and warm upon arrival but we soon noticed it was very busy, we had to walk around looking for somewhere to sit and nowhere was available, there were a lot of reserved tables but none free for us, we asked a member of staff who said he would find us one and to wait 5 minutes but sadly he never came back. We managed to get a seat in the end but the tables were very low down and not comfortable to eat from so we had to keep checking for someone to leave so we could move to a more convenient seat. The food was lovely and replenished regularly, bar service was very slow and the lady seemed to take a dislike to me as she ignored me and had to be told I was next every time I went to be served! Over all it was pleasant a few easy tweaks would make it run a bit smoother but I would use it again.
