The courtesy of the staff was outstanding. Amazing customer service, thank you. The lounge is a little haven of peace and quiet....just what's required in the middle of a hugely busy airport!
I recently made use of the Aspire lounge in Birmingham airport where I must say the range of food and drink provided was rather better than that at Heathrow.
Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my restful break in your lounge and will definitely be using it again. I have recommended your service to many of my friends, too.
