As part of celebrating my Wifes 60th Birthday, we thought we would treat ourselves and use the Executive Lounge.
We could not have been more disappointed at our treatment. Upon our arrival there was no one on reception and after about 5 minutes I went to try and find someone, because there was a queue forming. The young lady eventually appeared.
The selection of food on display was depleted and not replaced and then we had to clear our own table, before we could sit and eat.
We were beyond disappointed and could not recommend.
