The lounge at Terminal 2 Aspire on the 01st November 2019 pm stands out the staff were especially freindly and helpfull especially the lady at the welcome desk who arranged a wheel chair for my husband as we were leving from the New departure gates at Manchster A gates . We would not have been able to get there on our own. The Assistance had been pre booked but the service was in total disarray due to new people running the service. Please pass on out thanks 5star service with a smile Stuart Briggs & Pat Mainwaring
