I recently booked to experience executive lounges and upon my arrival i was informed i was not on the booking system.
I snowed the desk staff my booking confirmation number and stated i hadn't received an email however i had my reference number and receipt of payment.
I was kept at reception for 25 minutes whilst several staff kept entering my booking reference which had no details on your system of my booking.
I was very disappointed that i had wasted so much time trying to resolve this matter it deflected from the whole experience.
I did not have a pleasurable experience at all.
