Very poor. No record of my booking on arrival. Once I had got in, there was no space to sit down with my family - single people were sitting in spaces designed for 4 people, and seeing as I had my wife and breastfeeding baby with me, that was a problem. When we did eventually sit down, it was on a disgusting sofa - covered in dust and mess.
