Courteous staff, good selection of buffet food and given the opportunity to bring in and eat hot food from other food kiosks. Excellent selection of alcohol and non alcohol beverages. Clean and comfortable surroundings with WiFi access and tv. Other benefits included fast track onto the plane. One concerning incident was when fire alarm went off, staff initially didn’t appear to know how to respond a lot of confusion which didn’t instil confidence with the patrons but firemen came to the rescue and appeared to be a false alarm- so all was good. Will definitely use again!!
