My first impression when i walked in was the cleanliness of the lounge. The young man at reception was smiling and looked pleased to see us which was lovely. We were shown around and it all felt so pleasant. The food was very good. It was fresh and displayed perfect. I actually spoke to the chef who was very smart and clean. The bar staff were friendly and polite. The lounge was well decorated and the seating very comfortable. One of the best ive been in. All in all a perfect start to our holiday. Couldn't have wished for a better lounge. Must say it is far superior to the one at manchester wher food was dry as though it had been there a long time and where staff looked as though they just didnt want to be there. Thankyou liverpool.
