Started off well with nice attentive welcoming receptionist then started to go downhill once entered lounge
They had good selection of continental breakfast but had to wait nearly ten minutes for sausages to come out and trying to get drink from bar was worse
Bar person seemed uninterested and not very friendly ( when she was in bar ) numerous people were walking about looking for her
