Booked the lounge due to a special birthday with friends champagne pre booked, but despite it being on the booking we had to ask for it. Needed more tables to eat at as the few there were full so had to balance plates on our knees. More frustrating emirates lounge adjacent to this was empty and couldn’t use the space.
