The lounge was lovely, style, décor and comfort. I was disappointed with the food available, it was 12.45pm and it hadn't been replenished (it wasn't that busy),
There was no bread for the soup, no main course left the vegetable curry was almost empty. It took 20 minutes to add sausages to replace the main course.
I didn't like to see the trolley next to me when clearing and scraping plates, it felt like a cafeteria rather than Executive lounge. Perhaps park it discreetly away from customers.
Otherwise, staff were well presented and helpful.
