The Lounge in Terminal 5 is small and busy but don’t let that put you off! The seating area is very comfortable. Stafff are helpful and friendly. The food and snacks selection is constantly restocked. There is also a small work area set aside from the main lounge for those who need to catch up on work. I welcomed the rest between flights. Would definitely use this Lounge again when travelling through Terminal 5
