We used the lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 on 9 December. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a comfortable place to sit while waiting for our flight. The choice of drinks was good, though the food was uninspiring and could definitely do with a rethink. We would certainly use the lounge again, though.
