Lounge chairs are tired, magazine selection limited. Staff at entry point quick to challenge authenticity of your reservation, so be prepared to have copies of everything to satisfy them. For some reason they apparently cannot or choose not to simply look up your reservation on a computer and confirm your identity. They will also demand a copy of your flight itinerary.
Food and waitstaff are excellent, restrooms very clean.
