The Liverpool lounge was spotless but the food was slow in coming out from the kitchen as there wasn’t enough staff. The 2 ladies that were on duty had to man the reception, man the bar, bring out the food and tidy and clean the tables. They were super rushed off their feet which isn’t right for them and the passengers.
