Booked the new lounge looks lovely but no flow to it. No televisions in booth. Prefer the other one.
Was there is morning, had booked via Edinburgh Airport and they did not have my booking on their list. Food was cold, no one there to tell. Pancake machine was out of mix, took a while for them to replace. No one behind the bar waited a while again, eventually shouted into kitchen for service. It was OK but not any value for money.
