We visited the Bristol Lounge on 23 December 2019. Overall our experience was good although I was disappointed that the tables weren't reserved as they had been when I visited the Newcastle Lounge in September. Most of the tables were already occupied when we arrived at approximately 11.30 am. The food could have been hotter. We also had to ask for various items to be replenished.
