We turned up to the Aspire Lounge to the thought of being in a relaxed environment before jetting off on holiday in Barbados. What greeted us was not a relaxing environment at all. Their was a distinct lack of staff and the staff that were present, was trying to do at least three jobs each!. The tables were full of dirty plates that were not cleared away and we had to clear them ourselves. The food was cold which had been laid out and covers not placed on them. The service was quite poor and frankly we would of been better off having breakfast in the general areas of the airport. Never again will I choose this lounge
