The customer service was very nice even though they seemed understaffed. However, it was overcrowded, loud, and disorganised. Not sure if it was worth the money - although I am glad I paid extra for the showers!
We made a reservation about a week prior and was expecting it to not be as crowded with the assumption that only people with reservations would be able to use the lounge, but people were just coming in to the point where there wasn't anywhere to sit or actually relax.
I'd say about 30% of people were sharing either a small table or a small sitting space with strangers AND their luggage. Very uncomfortable. Might as well sit at your gate but I was mainly in here to shower after a 14 hour flight.
