The staff were pleasant and efficient but they were complaining that they were short staffed and rushed off their feet, which to be honest looked tight as there were long waits to be served drinks. Food was ok. Facilities were good. There was one large area cordoned off with reserved signs on. These areas were not used at all during the two hours we were there and seemed to be a way for the staff to Keep the customers in one area and making it easier for cleaning. This was not good practice and if I’d been part of a larger group and couldn’t get seats together I’d have complained.
