Lounge lobby was clean and desk staff was very polite. It was a busy time so she was a little overwhelmed at the front desk. Food was pleasant and refreshed regularly. Bar service needs some attention. We were there at a busy time between rushes of travelers checking in and leaving so it was tough to find a seat at first. However, we were lucky enough to get a quiet, enclosed spot near the restrooms. Restrooms were overrun with guests so there was always a wait and it was difficult to keep them clean. Food, beverages and a space away from the chaos of the open sitting areas in the terminal is worth the cost. Overall, it was a very good value.
