To make our score a 5 star experience, the check in experience is very impersonal, seems to take a long time, passports and boarding cards seem unesscessary considering we provided our lounge confirmation.
Lounge staff talking very loudly about there night out.
We enjoy the lounge experience overall and the Manager Paul was particularly friendly and professional.
