On arrival staffing levels were very low, the staff were struggling to find our booking, the woman who checked us into the lounge was not very polite or welcoming. The lounge was messy and there was a constant queue for the bar which meant it took 10 mins to be served a beer.
Normally a very good service but food levels were low and not replenished very quickly, 2 large groups of parties in stag/birthday tops. Struggled to get seated, no high chair for our child and plates or empty glasses were not cleared from our table during our stay.
Very disappointed, put us off flying from Bristol in the future. Would look to stick with the BA lounge flying out of Heathrow.
