On arrival at Bristol Aspire Plus, meet at reception and told what to do. Very few people in. My wife went to the bar and ask for a dry white wine and lemonade, only to be told it's down there. Opening the cabinet to see lots of bottles, see them asked which is the dry white. Only to be told i don't know. The attitude of the 3 gentlemen serving was not helpful at all. Very disappointed.
Also having used lounges at Gatwick and Edinburgh, Bristol was such a let down. We have used Bristol before, but if this the best Aspire Plus can do, then we will have to go back to Wetherspoons or a sandwich and a packet of crisps. We can understand when people are busy, but to have no interest in good service, when there are very few people in is not good enough. We use executive lounges because of the service and the peace and quiet, also pay the money for that reason. The general decor is not up to executive standard. Await your reply.
