Visited Aspire lounge Gatwick North Terminal, got special offer price, been there before but range of food and drinks quality inferior to previous visit, no newspapers of any kind available, heard staff informing customers who asked where newspapers were to go outside to 1 floor level up to look for newspapers which I thought was unacceptable. I would not have been happy to pay full price for services received on the day.
