We had a large booking of 14. The gentleman that booked us in (didn’t take his name, he was an older gentleman) was brilliant. He’d noticed that the booking was for 14 people and had reserved us an area so we could all sit together (which we’d not asked for) and on several occasions came over to check on us. He also made a point of asking where/why we were travelling and wish me happy birthday as it was for my 40th. An absolute asset to your lounge!!
