Welcoming reception staff, very slow bar service, much of the time there was no bar personnel present and long queue built up.
Food hot but slow to replenish when empty.
Table clearing was very slow, at one point we had to clear our table ourselves!
Have used Aspire lounges elsewhere and couldn’t fault them.
It didn’t appear overly busy when we were there, so unsure how it would be if it was at capacity!
