Sadly a very disappointing experience at Bristol Aspire Lounge. Food left out, long queues for food and no table on arrival. Food advertised on Website not on display.
I complained to Executive Lounges on my return, but felt they didn't believe me. I would encourage anyone using Aspire in Bristol who feel shortchanged, to take photos and perhaps complaints will be taken seriously.
