Very average! One chap on the staff was very helpful but otherwise there was a general malaise with the staff.
We had a very slow queue to get in even though we had prepaid.
The bar had a sign reminding one on the limit of drink that could be served which felt more like a limit on the amount they wanted to serve as opposed to looking after other flyers safety,
The food was limited and average.
I will not be using this lounge again I will save the money and go to the Witherspoon which shows the standard of Executive Lounges.
