Awful choice of food, not replenished, asked to pay for crisps!
Contacted head office after my return from holiday as I had paid over £200 for 9 people to have some crackers and cheese and some drinks.
My complaint has been totally dismissed and I have been they cannot charge for crips dispite being told this by a staff member. Staff opinion is the only only opinion that counts . VERY Disappointing to say the least!
