Fell well below my expectations unfortunately. After a long journey from the north of England to airport I was at excited to get to the lounge.
The lounge was cramped.
The service at the bar for drinks was very slow. One of the barman didnt even know how to create a stock cocktail which was advertised in the bar.
The hot food looked awful.
Could of benefited from some background music to create a relaxing atmosphere, which ultimately I did not experience.
On a positive the bathroom facilities were spotless
