My visit to the terminal 3 lounge for my family of 5 on 16th. February was one of the worst visits to an airport lounge I have experienced. I appreciate the lounge was very busy but having to squeeze 5 -people with hand luggage on to a very small table area for 4 was not what I had paid for. the food was very slow in being replaced and again not the quality as I would expect. I hope when I visit Manchester in May I will receive the standard and service expected.
