The lack of food and snacks was truly appalling!
We had to go back into the main hall to buy snacks.
It was also very cramped with too many people. I was very disappointed that I was turned away for being 5 mins early when people, just turning up and paying there and then, were given priority!
Definitely not what I expected, leaving me very disappointed with the experience, which I will not be repeating in this lounge.
