We had been very delayed through security and only arrived after 8pm. The staff ignored us on entry. I had to physically find someone to gain entry and this delayed us further. Staff continually told us they were closing. We felt unwanted and unwelcome. On leaving one gentleman did apologise.
A quick cup of tea and a smile would have sufficed. We did have a right to be there how ever short the time.
