We found the service to be First Class. We experienced adverse weather traffic delays on our journey up the Newcastle Airport, this was frustrating sa we knew we would have a shortened stay to relax in the lounge, thus we did not have the normal few hours executive long stay, however staff went out of their way to ensure we were attended to as best they could. Highly recommended service and customer focus
