Not impressed with at all with this lounge. I have booked this on my mobile when travelling and, although I had the confirmation on my handset. the initial reaction from the reception seemed that, because I did not have a hard copy of the reservation. they were reluctant to permit entry, finally after about 20 minutes they reluctantly agreed to let us have access.
The next shock, this being the most I have ever paid for a lounge, was to be advised that any wine and spirits had to be purchased separately - and not included in the entry fee. Beer and soft drinks were complimentary and snacks were available, but if I was offering these snack to customers, quite honestly I would have been ashamed - maybe due to the time and that very few people were availing themselves of the facilities.
I will say it was very clean and the staff were quick to clear any used crockery/cutlery.
Showers were available if needed, but when I needed to change my clothes all the cubicles were locked with no staff in sight
Overall I was not impressed, I would certainly not recommend this lounge and I will not be using these facilities again
