We arrived at the lounge around 6am & I have to use wheelchair assistance which were wonderful & wheeled me all the way to inside the lounge. This lounge is at T2 & it is great! Firstly you see the staff who are wonderful & smiley 2nd you smell the yummy food. There is a wide range to choose from. There is all the full English food & a huge range of cereals. They have a pancake machine where you just press a button & watch it cook. You then have choices of black cherry's & raspberry coulis & different jams & chocolate spread. The drinks are all top brands & being able to have as much, or as little is great, no restrictions! I know I said it earlier but the staff can't do enough for you. There is one particular young girl (I forget her name) who carried my food (cause I use a crutch) she checked on us & brought our drinks over we also had great chats & a good laugh. Anything you asked was no problem for her. My wheelchair from the lounge had been taken (had to move it to a little place near the door) & the assistant person was late. They were constantly on the phone to them & said I needed a new chair bringing. They young girl said she would have taken me to the gate of the chair was there. As we were leaving we gave her a tip, she was surprised & very thankful. She said "we don't get tips because people have already paid for the lounge) so if you are going to use the lounge in T2 please tip the staff as they work so hard. It was a great start to our holiday & will definitely do it again.
