The welcome staff/Bar team were friendly and helpful.
The lounge itself was quiet and clean, with plenty of power/USB jacks available.
The food options were minimal and there was nothing there that I would have eaten at 1700, mainly fruit salad, pastries and scones, which is more breakfast appropriate.
