The problem is with the lounge you only serve breakfast till 11 it should be served till at least 12-30 and the food that you put out after 11 is completely possibly the worst pig 🐷 swill I have ever encountered , I have not been to prison but I would probably say that the food couldn’t be any worse in there , your staff are amazing, but please get the food right , I actually told one of your staff discreetly that a dish cloth had fallen in the tomato soup and she came over and removed it immediately, the food is totally not acceptable and we don’t be booking your lounge again anytime soon.
