We were booked into the Aspire Lounge at Birmingham airport on the morning of Tuesday March 17th, awaiting one of the last flights that was allowed to take tourists abroad as the Covid-19 crisis hit Britain and were understandably outnumbered by staff that day as very few people were travelling. The service was wonderful, the ambiance of the lounge, the food and drinks were lovely. Despite the odd situation of there being very few travellers and the impending health crisis hanging over us all, we were looked after well and I would recommend the lounge to anyone and will be looking to use the lounge again when we are allowed once again to travel.
