Unfortunately, due to present FCO travel restrictions we were unable to use the lounge in this occasion as our flight/cruise was cancelled. However I would say the whole booking process and subsequent cancellation and refund by Executive Lounges (Aspire Manchester Terminal 2) was handled efficiently and promptly. We were disappointed not to be using the lounge but will not hesitate to book again when the current travel situation returns to some degree of normality.
