Staff very pleasant but facilities lacking and choice of food very poor which is why we booked this service before our long haul flight.
Cost of GBP £25 each including our 3 year old son very high for this lounge
Presenting voucher staff I had no idea who you are and had to end up giving copies of boarding passes etc / connection to Wi-Fi was ridiculous and lounge very cold
Would not return unless the above could be redeemed
