Having been to the Aspire Lounge in Manchester Airport in November of last year I booked Aspire Lounge in Gatwick thinking it would offer the same menu.
My husband and I arrived to the lounge to find no one on the reception desk so I had to look for someone. When the lady came she quickly checked our reservation but failed to notice I had pre ordered a cocktail when I then had to point out.
The food or choice of food was poor and did not have the variety that Manchester offered I noticed I got the last scone and they were not replaced we were then asked if we wanted any soup as they were clearing away.
The People who came into the lounge after this got a worse choice than us.
I did speak to one of the assistants about the food on offer and I was told this was all they did. I can't understand why the choice is not the same in all lounges. Manchester is really good and very worth while.
We would not go back.
