We arrived at the lounge having pre-booked. We have visited this lounge since it opened with Priority Pass. It seems now we can't use it because the masses are pre-booking the slots, how unfair is that!?! Stunningly, our booking was not on the system: there was no record of our pre-booking. We were told that they could only admit us if we sent the email confirmation to them. But the in-house wifi was down, so we couldn't do that. So we stood at the desk in the lounge for about 20 mins watching guests walk in. Eventually, we were admitted. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!! Come back Priority Pass!!
