Second visit to the lounge at Luton , aware of the current building work in progress but myself and many others were complaining of the cold air being blown into the lounge from the air conditioning vents.The whole lounge was freezing cold.
The staff were unable to alter the temperature due to the vents open due to the building work.
Informed us all to sit near to the entrance door to avoid the cold !!
