On arrival we were told we could not use the lounge until 1730 as it had been booked by some private party. There was no indication of this at time of booking.
we also discovered that the lounge was undergoing renovation, again no indication of this on your website.
There were not enough seats for everyone and no air conditioning making it a very unpleasant experience.
Not very good value for the considerable money we paid.
Overall we shall seriously consider using this service again and we will not be recommending it to anyone else.
