On our visit I arrived with the electronic barcode on my phone however the member of staff stated quite rudely she didn't have the machine to scan the code and asked m to find my email, which I had deleted, she stated that this holds up the queue but I informed her she should've been provided with the correct machinery!
The sandwiched provided all had a mayonnaise mix which my 4 year old daughter is allergic to and the staff couldn't provide
