This is the 3rd time we have used this lounge but on this occasion the lounge was overbooked we had to wait 15 mins to even get a chair.
We were then given 2 chairs (4of us) sat in amongst another group when the next flight left there was more space. The only food on offer was a very tangy Luke warm tomato soup, the place was dirty not really what you expect when you pay over £50 it would of been cheaper for us to go and have a full meal at Frankie and Bennys downstairs. Won't be using it again .
The staff were very pleasant though.
