We booked the lounge from 15.00 to 18.00
We were not told that the lounge closed at 17.00 when we booked or when we checked in
We were given plastic cups to drink out of and the food was very limited and not replenished
We were very disappointed to tell the truth
We always use lounges before we fly and as regular travellers we are use to a better service
