We were booked in for 0900 on the morning of Sunday 10.05.2015 as a group of four.
And it was a disaster from the start first we walked all the way to where the lounge is normally situated only to find it was closed for refurbishment and had to walk all the way back the way we came.
When we eventually got to the lounge we were welcomed by a very stern faced woman who did not looked too pleased that we were there.
Firstly there was no toast or hot food only cereal and second rate crisps, pretzels and nuts.
Then we were told very bluntly that we would only be allowed four drinks each and would have to ask to be served I found this unacceptable as I have booked sky lounges before and we were not limited to the amount of drink available.
Overall I thought that the sky lounge was a very poor experience that is overpriced and over rated we could have ate and drank cheaper outside in one of the bars.
I will not return.
P.S we travelled from Manchester in July and that is by far a superior lounge with help yourself beer in fridges and cooked meals on offer and more pleasant and helpful staff.
